April 9, 2026
Advancing AI-driven legacy platform transformation and church-optimized AI services — First deployment of Nextain's Business ADK

AI-Native software technology company nextain Inc. (CEO Byeongseok Yang) announced on April 9 that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Daystone Inc. (CEO Taekhwan Kim), operator of the church website service 'Onmam.com (www.onmam.com)', for AI transformation (AX) and joint AI service development.
Onmam.com is South Korea's largest church website platform, launched in 2006, with 13,876 registered churches, over 328,000 members, and an average of 1.36 million monthly visits. The platform holds a massive content archive accumulated over nearly 20 years, including overseas Korean churches. These assets will be transformed into a modernized software architecture using Nextain's AI technology and converted to an AI-powered content operations environment. By applying and advancing Nextain's Business ADK (AI Development Kit), the plan is to evolve Onmam.com beyond its current website hosting model into a SaaS service tailored for churches.
Nextain has already completed the full migration of Onmam.com's infrastructure to the cloud and signed an operations management contract, establishing a substantive technology partnership. This MOU formalizes the partnership and expands collaboration into AI transformation and data-driven R&D. Nextain is responsible for technology development and infrastructure operations, while Daystone manages service operations and its church network.
Nextain CEO Byeongseok Yang stated, "This is an ideal first application of Business ADK. The AI-powered legacy transformation technology we develop here can be applied universally to web services across various industries beyond churches." Daystone CEO Taekhwan Kim said, "We will provide a better digital environment for churches together with Nextain's technology."
